Portland, OR - Can someone with multiple years of prior experience technically be considered a "rookie"?
While Major League Baseball may raise eyebrows by awarding players the title of Rookie of the Year who've been tested as professionals in their home country prior to coming to the U.S., Joel P. So much for classic concept of "rookie".
