Cornerstone Revolutions, Inc. Launches User Feedback Page to Back Their Philosophy With Action

Portland, OR - Cornerstone Revolutions, Inc., makers of Cornerstone PowerBroker asset management software, announced today that it is inviting the investment advising community to challenge them on their stated philosophy, "We give you what you ask for, not what we think you need."

Starting October 4, Cornerstone Revolutions, Inc. will be offering a Web site survey form users can complete to provide feedback about what they need most in the performance measure of the investment advising business-performance and compliance reports.

While reports will be the first and most prominent feedback subject, plans are underway to also solicit input on help tips and usability issues.

A First for the User and the Investment Advisor
This may be a first not only in the software development industry where the user typically adapts to the software's features, but also in the independent investment advising industry where the features of the asset management software determine, to a large extent, what services advisors can offer their clients.

Visit most user feedback pages on a corporate site and often you'll find the user's comments have been excerpted and posted on the page. "Great service! Solid tech support" and "The best I've seen in 20 years in the business!" are typical of the comments the site administrator has collected from feedback responses and chosen to post. But what can a company do with this type of feedback?

"There are two kinds of feedback," says James Cole, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Cornerstone Revolutions. "The kind that applauds or criticizes and the kind that provides ideas that can affect change for the better. At Cornerstone, we're interested in the latter."
