Portland, OR - Cornerstone Revolutions, makers of Cornerstone PowerAdvisor asset management software, never really got on board with the adage, "slow and steady wins the race." Bursting onto the portfolio management software market in 2002 with a software product for independent financial advisors that redefined what advisors could expect as standard in a PMS system, Cornerstone then beat the clock on the customary software development timeline with a sweep of new features in 2005 along with the name change from Cornerstone PowerBroker to PowerAdvisor.

Cornerstone clipped the development timeline again this week when it revealed on one day that its next major release (slated for early 2007) will include a trading platform and on the next, the successful integration of PowerAdvisor software with the powerful customer relationship management tool, Junxure-i ®, the flagship product of CRM Software.

The completion of the integration this month by CRM Software's president and software developer, Ken Golding, marks the successful alliance of CRM Software and Cornerstone Revolutions that became more than just a possibility when CRM upgraded the Junxure-i database from MS Access to SQL last year. With PowerAdvisor's SQL back end providing a technology platform that makes client data scalable, navigable, and available for use by other applications, the integration was a slam dunk with advisors and their clients as the clear winners. The Junxure-i interface for PowerAdvisor users is available through CRM Software at no cost.

Andrew Gluck, veteran personal finance reporter and president of Advisor Products Inc., recently referred to Cornerstone in his review of three newest PMS companies as the one that has "progressed the most over the past 18 months" (Portfolio Software Newcomers, Financial Advisor Magazine, June 6, 2006). While Gluck's review was published just before the completion of the integration with Junxure-i, the upcoming addition of the trading module is included in his assessment of Cornerstone's progress.
