PowerAdvisor 4.0 Adds More Reports, Strengthens Fixed Income Offering

PowerAdvisor 4.0 offers you more reports to choose from. Many more reports are now available in SQL format, and we added a much-requested off-cycle billing report.

We are also beginning to expand PowerAdvisor’s fixed income capabilities, starting with 2 new reports—Amortization & Accretion and Fixed Income Distribution. We are planning to add even more reports and other fixed income related functionality as we move forward with this expansion in the near future.

PowerAdvisor

PowerAdvisor 4.0 is Available in July!

We are very excited to announce that PowerAdvisor 4.0 will be available to our customers in July. We’ve incorporated many product enhancements that we know you will like. Our newest release dramatically decreases report run-time performance and improves error handling, price precision, and the functionality of corporate action processing—just to name a few of the enhancements in PA 4.0

PowerPortal

New PowerPortal Report

PowerPortal users will be excited to learn about a new report that provides transmission history. All communications with clients through PowerPortal, including document exchanges, will be available in report form.

Users can select a date range to produce a list of all email notification and file exchanges that occurred during the time period. This is a great tool for compliance purposes and internal use.

Improved Graphics & Performance with SQL 2008 Upgrade

In addition to enhancing PowerAdvisor, we are also upgrading the platform to the newest version of SQL. SQL 2008 brings a number of improvements with the most dramatic change being the elimination of report formatting irregularities and graphics, and platform limitations associated with SQL 2005.

Furthermore, SQL 2008 is much faster and more robust than SQL 2005. 2008 no longer limits running PowerAdvisor on Windows Professional or higher, and PowerAdvisor will now run on any Microsoft Windows Home versions.

In short, SQL 2008 offers much improved performance and scalability for today’s demanding databases.

ByAllAccounts

Data Aggregation Service

We recently partnered with ByAllAccounts to provide PowerAdvisor customers with a very affordable data aggregation service.

Integration with ByAllAccounts provides our clients with access to literally thousands of custodial data feeds for account transactions, prices, securities and positions—and at much-preferred pricing!

The value-add service makes data retrieval easy for held-away accounts and assets that would otherwise require manual entry or exclusion from portfolio reports. Total portfolio reporting can now be easier than ever!
